We built Quantum for the way SA actually works.

Shift-based, site-based, spread across provinces — that’s the workforce most South African operations run on. Spreadsheets and disconnected clocks were never going to be enough. So we built the platform they needed.

Why we built it

After years of working with manual timesheets, disconnected biometric clocks and separate payroll systems, we saw the same pattern everywhere.

Ghost workers collecting pay. Buddy-clocking at the gate. Overtime bills nobody budgeted for. Payroll teams reconciling for four days straight. Supervisors finding out tomorrow what should have been obvious today.

We didn’t want to bolt another tool onto that mess. We wanted one platform where the roster, the actual hours worked, the approvals, and the payslip all line up — by design, not by accident.
